The Role As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls while building meaningful, long-term relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Providing excellent customer support across calls, emails, and systems
*Managing and updating customer records accurately
*Supporting customers with health plan information
*Proactively engaging with warm leads and converting them into loyal customers
*Representing the brand positively in every interaction

What We’re Looking For You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the following will set you up for success:
*Customer service and sales experience
*Confident, clear communication skills
*Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
*A professional approach to handling customer complaints
