Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Human Resources team member in Liverpool.

We are an employee-owned trust forwarder based in Liverpool. We have an EDI connected global network, contractual arrangements with carriers and operate a peerless own rail and final mile delivery solution. In addition, we have an in-house customs team and coders and developers that manage our technology platform.

We are looking for a Human Resource team member to join a vibrant & hardworking team. Previous experience of working within HR

Primary responsibilities and duties

This role will include:
*Be the point of HR contact for all staff (69 employees)
*Oversee contracts for all new starters
*Oversee any leaver forms and action any relevant paperwork
*Ensure pay increases / bonuses are actioned to payroll supervisor accordingly
*Amend employee contracts where and when needed
*Oversee any employee disputes
*Oversee any employee disciplinary procedures
*Ensure all HR Policies are up to date and relevant with current employee and civil law
*Oversee H&S platform for all staff
*Oversee company ISO platform and liaise with internal stakeholders where necessary

Salary
Starting salary of £35 000 per annum
