Job Description:
Pineapple Careers is excited to be partnering with a well-known, dynamic organisation on the outskirts of Horsham, who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team in a full-time, permanent role!

Key Responsibilities:
*Managing the sales inbox with precision
*Answering the phone and directing calls like a pro
*Corresponding and relationship building with both local and international customers
*Following up on all sales with paperwork, shipping and invoicing
*Market pricing and quoting
*Issuing and tracking purchase orders and repair orders to ensure timely delivery
*Providing customers with accurate quotes using the inventory management system
*Collaborating with accounts payable to ensure prompt payment of invoices
*Handling cross-departmental queries with speed and efficiency
*Keeping up to date with market research on component values
*Issuing invoices and shipping documentation, assisting with finance and sales to ensure supplier invoices are correctly processed
*Checking and approving courier and freight forwarder invoices, addressing any issues promptly
Key Skills:

*Strong all-round administration experience
*Deadline-driven and highly organised
*Honest, self-motivated and trustworthy

*Professional and confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proactive with a "can-do" attitude
*Confident in all things Microsoft Office
*Razor-sharp attention to detail and accuracy
*Sales administration experience is essential, ideally within the aviation industry
Salary & Benefits:
*Up to £30,000 – depending on experience
*Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.00
*Pension contribution to support your future
*Ongoing training, development and regular progression reviews
