Litigation Paralegal
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic paralegal to join an internationally recognised firm to develop your technical skills within an industry-leading litigation practice.
About the Role
You will be managing your own defendant caseload of MOJ and OIC Portal RTA Claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation including:
*Drafting key documentation
*Liaising directly with clients, claimants and third parties
*Negotiate on quantum and liability issues
You will also support more senior members of the team getting hands on with more complex litigation when required.
