Business Development Manager – Solihull
Our client is a dynamic and progressive legal firm specialising in residential property services. It is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within its Residential Conveyancing department.
The Role
*Generate new business and referral streams for residential conveyancing
*Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and key partners
*Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property sector
*Work closely with internal teams to monitor and optimise referral performance
*Meet and exceed business development targets
*Represent the firm at networking and industry events
About You
*Proven background in business development or sales within the property sector
*Strong understanding of residential conveyancing and the property market
*Experience in the legal sector
*Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
*Target-driven with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
