*Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per year

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting both French-speaking and/or German-speaking as well as English-speaking customers. Your day-to-day duties will include:
*Handling inbound calls, live chats, and emails within agreed response times
*Processing bookings, orders, and general customer enquiries with accuracy
*Conducting customer consultations and recommending relevant advice
*Making outbound calls to confirm bookings and conduct follow-ups
*Addressing customer complaints or product concerns with empathy and professionalism
*Liaising with courier companies regarding delivery issues and completing relevant documentation
*Maintaining accurate internal records and ensuring GDPR compliance
*Keeping up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
*Cross-selling and up-selling products/services to enhance the customer experience
What We’re Looking For*Fluent French &/or German speaker (written and spoken) – essential
*Confident English communication skills
*Strong customer service mindset and a positive, solution-focused approach
*Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
*Comfortable working in a busy, customer-centric environment
*Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential
