Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team based in the Solihull office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, collaborative environment with the flexibility of hybrid working.
The Role
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
*Residential sales and purchases
*Remortgages and equity release transactions
*Freehold and leasehold title checks
*Transfers of equity, including matrimonial transfers
*Post-completion matters
*Adhering to CQS Protocols at all times
You will also:
*Support and train conveyancing assistants within the department
*Develop and maintain local client contacts
*Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate
*Provide cover for other offices within the firm when required
About You
Our client is looking for someone who:
*Is a qualified Conveyancer with residential property experience
*Has strong local knowledge of the Solihull area
*Has experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads independently
*Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, care and attention to detail
*Works well as part of a team and maintains positive working relationships
*Complies with firm policies, procedures and performance standards
