The Opportunity You’ll join a specialist Executive Search team working on senior and leadership hires. This role blends high-level relationship building with targeted business development, giving you exposure to senior stakeholders and complex recruitment assignments from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing * Researching and mapping specialist markets

* Identifying and engaging senior-level talent through headhunting

* Building trusted relationships with candidates and clients

* Managing interviews and candidate preparation

* Negotiating and closing executive-level offers

* Working to clear revenue and performance targets

Package & Progression * £30,000 basic salary

* Year 1 OTE: £30,000-£50,000
