Order Processing CoordinatorLocation: Horsham Salary: 14.07 Type: Temporary Industry: Pharmaceutical
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Order Processing Coordinator to join a dynamic operations team. You will be responsible for submitting and approving client orders within the Global Project Management (GPM) System, ensuring all internal and external requirements are met with accuracy and compliance.
This role plays a key part in supporting global project delivery, maintaining high standards of documentation, and ensuring operational efficiency within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities*Enter, create, and approve client orders in the Global Project Management System (GPM), ensuring all associated paperwork is accurate and complete.
*Ensure compliance with internal standards, client requirements, SOPs, and Health & Safety policies.
*Highlight and support improvements to process efficiencies to help achieve wider business objectives.
*Maintain full compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through ongoing training and refresher programmes.
*Communicate effectively with internal departments to support smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
*Provide excellent service to both internal and external clients, ensuring expectations are met.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications*GCSEs or equivalent qualifications/experience, including English and Mathematics.
*Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Essential Skills & Experience*Competent in the use of electronic and automated equipment.
*Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
*Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong organisational and planning abilities.
*Experience performing general administrative duties.
*High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills & ExperienceWhile not essential, the following would be advantageous:
*Experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
*Experience within an operational or regulated industry setting.
