*Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
*Hands-on, varied role in the fire and security sector
What you’ll be doing:
*Lead and manage fire service engineers and support staff
*Schedule and oversee routine and emergency service visits
*Handle customer callouts, false alarms, and technical escalations
*Approve timesheets, manage attendance, and audit engineers’ work
*Prepare quotations and pricing for fire and safety systems
*Maintain and update service agreements, stock, and technical documentation
*Be hands-on onsite when required, supporting engineers and resolving issues
*Ensure compliance with British Standards and industry regulations
About you:
*Experienced managing teams in fire, security, or technical services
*Strong customer-facing and communication skills
*Proactive, organised, and able to balance hands-on work with management responsibilities
*Comfortable handling budgets, scheduling, and reporting
*Flexible and willing to be part of out-of-hours support/rotas
