Job Description:
Inventory Controller (7am-4pm Mon-Fri)
*Stock Management & Control
*Monitor stock levels daily and maintain accurate inventory records.
*Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full stock reconciliations.
*Identify stock discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
*Liaise with Procurement and Buying Dept.
*Ensure all inventory movements are accurately logged into the ERP/MRP system.
*Ordering & Replenishment
*Raise purchase orders based on demand, forecasts, and minimum stock levels (A good Excel level is essential).
*Liaise with supply chain suppliers to confirm lead times, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply issues.
*Track inbound deliveries and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receipting. Some physical handling is sometimes required.
