M4 Specialist are currently recruiting experienced LTD HGV 1 Day and Night Tramper Drivers for our client based in Luton.
Candidate Requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years’ HGV 1 (C+E) driving experience
*Aged 25 or over (for insurance purposes)
*Maximum of 6 minor penalty points
*Basic level of spoken and written English
*Must be able to attend and successfully complete a driver assessment and induction
Pay Rates:
£200 per shift
£25 per night our
Job Role:
*Trunking deliveries between Distribution Centres (DC to DC)
*Collections from smaller sites to DCs
*Transport of some palletised goods
*Vehicles unloaded on site
*Securing loads to ensure safety at all times
*Providing a time-critical delivery service in line with customer requirements
Skills, Experience & Training Required:
*Full UK Driving License
*Valid HGV 1 (C+E) License
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience
*Valid Digital Tachograph Card
*Valid Driver CPC Card
*Maximum of 6 minor penalty points
*Previous retail or distribution centre experience preferred
*Excellent reversing skills
*Flexible approach to shifts and duties
*Willingness to attend any additional driver training required
