Job Description:
*Annual Salary: £28,000 plus Annual Bonus
*Location: Enfield
*Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday office based 8.30am to 5.30pm

The successful applicant will be an integral part of the Team working under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Administer incoming phone orders from customers and process them using the company’s Sage software platform.
*Provide general information and support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Offer general support to the company’s team of Area Sales Managers operating in the field.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills.
*Experience with Sage software is beneficial but not mandatory.
*Personable and reliable team player.
*Strong organisational and processing abilities.
*Exceptional attention to detail.
