The role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, where you will:
*Generate new business through calls, networking, and referrals
*Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
*Develop strong relationships with decision-makers
*Source and place candidates into roles
*Negotiate fees and close deals
*Consistently work towards revenue targets
