Quality CoordinatorLocation: Horsham Employment Type: Temporary Salary: £15.20ph
Position SummaryA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Coordinator to join a fast-paced operational quality team. This role is central to ensuring robust investigations, effective corrective actions, and continuous improvement across production and delivery processes. You’ll help maintain high standards, prevent recurring issues, and support the organisation in meeting regulatory and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities*Conduct root cause analysis and produce formal investigation reports
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver thorough investigations
*Perform risk assessments and implement actions to mitigate potential issues
*Develop and deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to colleagues
*Support the introduction and implementation of new processes
*Assist with regulatory inspections, internal audits, and customer audits
*Apply Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies to enhance processes
*Promote a strong Quality culture across all operational areas
*Carry out additional ad-hoc duties as needed

Minimum Requirements*Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or extensive equivalent experience
*Proven experience in a Quality role
*Strong IT skills with proficiency in relevant software and systems
Essential Criteria*Knowledge of GMP and SAP environments
*Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
*Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment
*Excellent time management and organisational abilities
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement solutions
*Understanding of continuous improvement principles
*High level of numeracy and literacy
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
