Your Impact
*Deliver commercially focused legal advice on corporate transactions and strategic investments.
*Lead negotiations and manage due diligence processes.
*Draft and review key transaction documents (SPAs, shareholder agreements, etc.).
*Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence investment decisions.
*Ensure compliance with evolving legislation and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified solicitor (2–6 years PQE) with strong Corporate/M&A experience.
*Proven track record in managing acquisitions and strategic investments end-to-end.
*Deep understanding of corporate law, deal structuring, and due diligence.
*Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
