What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
*Previous experience teaching children with moderate learning needs (dyslexia, dyscalculia, and similar learning differences)
*Natural ability to connect with children with SEN and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
*Strong behaviour management skills and excellent communication with pupils, staff, and families
*Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children’s education and wellbeing
*Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
*Full commitment to safeguarding and championing every child’s welfare
