What you’ll be doing:
* Handling general administrative tasks and supporting colleagues across the business
* Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and supporting basic finance administration
* Liaising with the finance function around payments, costs and records
* Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and internal systems
* Supporting internal communications, letters and documentation
* Helping keep everything compliant, organised and running as it should
What you’ll need:
* Previous experience in an finance, administrative assistant, office administrator or similar role
* Some exposure to finance tasks like invoices, payments or basic accounts admin
* Confidence dealing with people face-to-face and over the phone
* Strong attention to detail and good IT skills, especially Excel
* A calm, organised approach when juggling different tasks
