Veritas Education is looking to recruit confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply work across a range of Secondary Schools in the Blackburn area.
We are seeking individuals who can step into classrooms, deliver pre-planned lessons, and support schools with reliable short-notice cover.
Role Overview *Supervise classes across a range of subjects using pre-prepared work
*Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment
*Manage behaviour in line with school policies
*Provide essential short-term cover for absent teachers
What We’re Looking For *Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management
*Reliability, confidence, and the ability to adapt quickly
*Previous experience working with young people is beneficial
*Availability for day-to-day or short-notice bookings
