*Champion Safety and Quality: Maintain our high standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, EN14065) and ensure a safe, supportive workplace for all.

What You’ll Bring
*Proven leadership experience in production, laundry, or a similar environment.
*A technical degree (or equivalent experience) and a passion for continuous learning.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
*A hands-on approach, resilience under pressure, and a drive to make things better.
*Experience with process improvement, people management, and operational planning.
