Role OverviewWe are seeking an outstanding leader to join our executive team as Head of Corporate. This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic growth and development of our corporate financial wellbeing offering in the UK. You will spearhead business development, foster and expand high-value corporate relationships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver market-leading employee benefits solutions. Your efforts will ensure our clients and their employees receive exceptional service and support in navigating their financial wellbeing journeys.
Key Responsibilities*Develop and execute the corporate strategy to drive growth and client engagement within the UK market.
*Lead a dynamic team, nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
*Build, maintain, and leverage a strong network of corporate relationships to secure new business and sustain long-term partnerships.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.
*Manage budgets and deliver against ambitious targets, ensuring sustainable profitability.
*Champion our commitment to ethical professionalism and the advancement of financial wellbeing for all employees.
Required Experience*Proven experience in the corporate financial wellbeing market, with a demonstrable track record of success.
*Extensive network within the UK employee benefits and corporate financial wellbeing sector.
*Significant experience in business development and client conversion, particularly within the UK employee benefits market.
Skills and Competencies*Outstanding communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
*Strong commercial acumen with the ability to anticipate and respond to market and competitor dynamics.
*Proficiency in IT, particularly across the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve ambitious targets.
*Highly organised, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
