Job Description:
A rapidly growing company in the warehouse automation and AS/RS space is seeking a driven and commercially focused Regional Sales Manager to support expansion across key European markets. This is a confidential opportunity to join an organization delivering advanced automation solutions to complex logistics, manufacturing, and distribution environments.
The Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business, developing strategic relationships, and managing the full sales cycle for automation solutions across an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented sales professional who thrives in technical, consultative sales environments and enjoys working with enterprise customers.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their operational challenges and positioning tailored automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities across logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors
*Engage with customers to understand operational needs and propose tailored AS/RS solutions
*Manage complex, long-cycle sales processes from prospecting through contract negotiation
*Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, partners, and system integrators
*Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with technical solutions
*Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
*Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
*Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and CRM data
Key Requirements
*3+ years of B2B sales experience within warehouse automation, AS/RS, intralogistics, or material handling
*Proven success in complex, solution-based selling environments
*Strong understanding of AS/RS systems and warehouse automation technologies
*Ability to build ROI-driven business cases and value-based proposals
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
*Self-motivated and able to operate independently across a broad territory
*Strong commercial and strategic mindset
*Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%)
*Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
Compensation & Benefits
*Base Salary: £50,000–£70,000
*Commission structure with strong earning potential
