Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and well-organised HR Coordinator to join a prestigious organisation in Central Cambridge to provide professional support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis with hybrid working.
Typical duties will include
*Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, offers, and contracts.
*Advise managers on routine employee relations matters such as absence, performance, and disciplinary issues.
*Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and training administration.
*Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, including right-to-work documentation.
*Prepare employment change letters and respond to HR policy queries.
*Assist with exit processes and produce HR reports as required.
The ideal candidate will have
*Experience working in an HR Officer/Senior HR Administrator level role.
*Educated to A-level (or equivalent), ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
*Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
