*Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with senior logistics and operations stakeholders
*Establish strategic partnerships with system integrators, WMS/ERP providers, OEMs, and automation partners
*Drive market penetration through account-based and intent-led outreach
*Close initial flagship customers and deliver £1–2m in revenue in year one
*Act as the commercial face in the UK, building credibility and long-term customer relationships
*Feed market insight back to product and leadership teams to shape future growth
Key Requirements
*Proven experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles within logistics, 3PL, fulfilment, or warehouse automation
*Strong track record of closing complex B2B technology or automation-led deals with long sales cycles
*Deep understanding of warehouse operations and customer pain points
*Experience selling software-led solutions into operational environments (RaaS, WMS, automation, or enterprise logistics tech preferred)
*Existing network within UK logistics / 3PL is highly advantageous
*Comfortable operating as an early hire in a startup environment – hands-on, adaptable, and self-directed
*Commercially sharp, credible with C-suite stakeholders, and confident challenging assumptions
*Willing to travel to customers and partners across the UK
Compensation & Benefits
*Base salary: £60,000–£90,000 (depending on experience)
*Commission: Uncapped, with quarterly payouts
*Equity: Share participation available (post-cliff or year one)
*Opportunity to lead UK market entry for a disruptive automation platform
*Direct ownership of UK commercial strategy with clear revenue impact
*Work closely with a technical, founder-led leadership team
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader to build and own the UK market for a high-impact warehouse automation solution, with genuine autonomy, strong earning potential, and equity upside.
