A2Z Recruitment Solutions is hiring! We are seeking professional, high-caliber SIA Security Officers to join our team for an incredible 2026 calendar. This role is designed for those who excel in high-profile, customer-facing environments—moving between Luxury Fashion Events, West End Flagship Retail, and Large-Scale Exhibitions.
If you have a sharp eye for detail, a professional appearance, and a passion for providing elite security service, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Working with A2Z means no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
*Luxury Fashion Events: Providing discreet security for high-profile catwalks, product launches, and exclusive "Driven by the Dial" events. You will handle VIP guest entry and protect high-value collections.
*Major Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Delivering security for international exhibitions and corporate events at London’s leading venues. You will manage hall access, monitor high-footfall areas, and assist international delegates.
*West End Retail: Acting as a professional brand ambassador for luxury boutiques. Your focus will be on loss prevention and providing a safe, premium shopping experience.
*Professional Vigilance: Maintaining a calm, authoritative presence to deter antisocial behavior and using expert de-escalation techniques when required.
What We Are Looking For
Our clients operate in the luxury and corporate sectors, so exceptional presentation is mandatory.
Essential Requirements:
*Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
*Elite Presentation: You must be well-groomed and comfortable in a "suit and tie" or high-end uniform environment.
*Customer Service Excellence: Ability to interact professionally with VIPs, corporate exhibitors, and the general public.
*Reliability: Punctual and proactive with a strong work ethic.
*Background: A full, 5-year checkable employment or education history for BS7858 screening.
Desirable:
*Previous experience in Corporate Security, Luxury Retail, or Exhibition Centres.
*Experience in access control and guest list management.
