Car Sales ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy dealership environment. You will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales and finance targets while ensuring full compliance.
Key Responsibilities*Sell new and used vehicles in line with monthly targets and KPIs
*Build strong relationships with customers from initial enquiry through to handover
*Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
*Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
*Maximise opportunities on finance, insurance, warranties, and add-on products
*Accurately complete sales documentation and maintain CRM records
*Ensure FCA compliance and follow dealership processes at all times
*Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up enquiries professionally
*Deliver an outstanding customer experience to drive repeat business and referrals
Skills & Experience Required*Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive (preferred but not essential for the right person)
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven with a proven ability to close deals
*Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
*Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence required
