�? Sea Freight Export Coordinator (Temporary Contract)
Location: Office-based (Liverpool)
Contract: circa 3 Months with potential to be extended (Full-Time, 37.5 hrs/week)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sea Freight Export Coordinator to join our client’s busy export team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, manage export bookings efficiently, and ensure all export documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
*Handling sea freight export bookings from start to finish
*Preparing, checking, and issuing export documentation to global standards
*Liaising with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow
*Ensuring compliance with export regulations and client requirements
*Maintaining accurate records within internal systems
*Supporting the wider export department where required
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in sea freight export operations is essential
*Strong understanding of export documentation and carrier processes
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
*Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
*Experience using CargoWise would be a significant advantage, but not essential
