Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
*Support delivery of rail projects in line with agreed programmes and contractual requirements
*Assist with management of existing support contracts, minor project works and repairs
*Prepare monthly project reports, phase reviews, forecasts and budgets
*Track project costs to maintain bid margins and financial performance
*Produce project cashflow forecasts and support cash collection
*Ensure all QHSE documentation is completed, approved and compliant
*Liaise with clients to understand requirements and support system development

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Understanding of project management techniques
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
*Proactive, self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
*Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
