Okehampton
3 month contract
37 hours per week
£20 per hour PAYE, £26 Umbrella

An excellent opportunity for n experienced Housing or Neighbourhoods Officer to join a well-respected Housing Association based in rural Devon

You will be delivering the front line customer service, responding to tenancy enquiries, managing community standards and addressing tenancy breaches.

Duties will include:

*Conducting tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements.
*Managing cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of customers.
*Overseeing estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment.
*Leading the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and supporting community development objectives within the geographical patch to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability
