Requirements/Qualifications
*CSCS Card
*SMSTS
*1st Aid
*Proven Residential (inc Housing Association) site management experience
*Two working references
Job Duties
*Assisting with the day to day running of the site
*Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
*Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
*Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met
