Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its general Corporate team on a permanent basis.
The role will involve providing support to partners, associates, and other professionals within the corporate department, in all stages of corporate transactions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Advise UK corporate entities on Companies House forms and filings
*Assist with the formation & dissolution of corporate entities
*Company secretarial support
*Assist at signing and completion meetings (including use of DocuSign) and co-ordinate closing documents; prepare conditions precedents
*Organise and update precedent and transaction bibles/sets and create electronic bible.
To be considered, candidates must have previous Corporate experience gained from a similar US or City law firm environment.
