Hart Lodge is a 11 bedded supported living service which spreads across two houses on a residential street that specialises in the care of individuals with mental health conditions.
We are seeking a Support Worker to join the team!
What You’ll be Doing
*Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
*Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
*Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
*Provide emotional support and companionship.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation.
*Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
*Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a support worker
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
*NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
