The successful candidate will begin in a paraplanning-focused role, gaining in-depth exposure to the technical foundations of financial advice, before progressing into a client-facing advisory position within 24 months.

Key Responsibilities
*Initially, the role will focus on technical and paraplanning excellence, including:
*Writing suitability reports and supporting multiple advisers
*Conducting research, fund selection and product comparisons
*Completing replacement business and technical documentation
*Gathering client information and supporting fact-finds
*Engaging with the next generation of existing clients (e.g. protection, mortgages)
*Over time, the role will evolve into:
*Client meetings and advisory responsibilities
*Managing your own client relationships
*Generating and converting new business with firm-provided leads

*Experienced in financial services and holds the Level 4 Diploma
