Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Droitwich, known for its friendly and supportive working environment. They are looking to add a Credit Controller to their finance team.
This is a varied role with a strong focus on export paperwork and invoice printing, making it well suited to someone with a solid administrative background and good export experience who is looking to progress within finance.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing customer accounts and credit control activities
*Chasing outstanding payments and resolving invoice queries
*Printing, issuing, and managing sales and export invoices
*Preparing and maintaining export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping paperwork)
*Liaising with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
*Allocating payments and maintaining accurate records
*Providing general finance and administrative support as required
About the Candidate
*Previous experience in credit control, accounts, or finance administration
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Good experience with export paperwork and invoicing
*Confident communicator with customers and internal stakeholders
*Comfortable using Excel and accounting/ERP systems
