HR and Property Administrator
Ashton Under Lyne (Tameside)
Part Time; 15 hours per week (negotiable)
Competitive Salary
A successful family manufacturing operation requires an experienced HR professional with a strong administrative background to support their continued development.
Working closely with the management team you would take responsibility for all personnel matters and administrative duties for their Property and Maintenance programme.
Responsibilities:
*Managing payroll preparation and maintaining personnel records.
*Familiarity with current HR legislation and ensuring compliance.
*Supporting the Management team in recruitment/personnel development/disciplinaries.
*Managing a small property portfolio involving invoicing, contracts, maintenance requirements and compliance.
*General administrative work and support to the Managing Director.

*Strong established team in place to provide support.
Must have HR experience and ideally some form of past property involvement. You would join an experienced team operating from a modern purpose-built factory within a well-established successful business.
