Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Specialist (German Speaker)
Salary: £34,000
Location: West London | Hybrid working
Overview
An established organisation is seeking a German-speaking Credit Control & AR Specialist to support invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable activities.
Key Responsibilities
*Raise and issue customer invoices and statements
*Chase overdue balances and manage credit control activities
*Resolve invoice and payment queries
*Process credit notes with approval
*Set up new customer accounts and maintain records
*Allocate and reconcile customer payments
*Support AR reporting and month-end processes
Requirements
*Fluent in English and German
*3+ years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
*Strong Excel and systems skills
*Excellent communication and attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
