Daily Duties
*Lead architectural design from concept to delivery across varied rural projects
*Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities
*Coordinate with planners, landscape designers, and other consultants
*Prepare proposals, presentations, and design documentation
*Mentor junior architects and support team development
Ideal Candidate
*Substantial post Part 3 experience in a UK based practice
*Proven track record in rural or residential projects, ideally including estate-scale or bespoke homes
*Strong business development and client management skills
*Excellent design, communication, and leadership abilities
*Passionate about sensitive, context-driven design and delivering high-quality outcomes
