Warehouse Operative - Forklift Licensed (Supervisory Duties) Location: Hounslow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per annum
The Role We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role involving pick and pack, forklift operation, and supporting supervisory responsibilities to help keep the warehouse running smoothly.
Key Duties *Picking and packing customer orders accurately
*Preparing goods for dispatch (labelling, wrapping, checking items)
*Loading/unloading deliveries and moving stock safely
*Operating a forklift truck (valid licence required)
*Using warehouse systems/scanners and basic computer work
*Supporting the supervision of warehouse staff and daily task allocation
*Assisting with training new team members and maintaining standards
*Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised
Requirement *Previous warehouse experience (pick & pack essential)
*Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance)
*Computer literate (warehouse systems, scanners, email, basic spreadsheets)
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
*DBS (basic) Check
*A positive attitude with the confidence to support and guide others
