Job Description:
Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Import Customer Service Operator for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Ashford, Middlesex area.
Responsibilities:-
*Quotations
*Arranging shipment and monitoring though to delivery
*Dealing with Air and Oceanfreight Imports
*Telephone and emails enquires
*Dealing with overseas offices
*General office duties
The role would suit someone looking for more of a Customer Service role away from customs entries. Would suit a second jobber level person with some experience in import airfreight or ocean movements.
Hours would be Monday to Friday 0900 - 17:30
