The OpportunityYou’ll start your career learning the foundations of recruitment, sourcing and engaging candidates within the GTM space. As you develop, you’ll move into a full 360° consultant role, taking responsibility for:
*Managing and developing client relationships
*Winning new business and growing accounts
*Negotiating offers and closing placements
*Building and running your own market niche
