This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain experience in a professional, supportive environment. Full training will be provided.
About the RoleAs a Client Services Administrator, you’ll play an important role in helping our Financial Planners deliver the best possible experience to clients. You’ll learn how to handle a variety of administrative tasks, work with financial documents, and support the smooth running of the client journey from start to finish.
You do not need previous financial services experience — just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing*Setting up new client records and keeping information accurate and up-to-date
*Helping prepare documents and information for client meetings
*Supporting with the processing of new business and client transactions
*Producing clear, accurate emails, letters and paperwork
*Managing client queries and passing messages to the right team members
*Monitoring workflows to ensure tasks are completed on time
*Making sure all work meets company standards and follows compliance guidelines
*Putting the client first in every interaction
Who We’re Looking ForEssential:
*Strong attention to detail
*Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
*Good organisation and time-management
*Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Excel
*A team player with a proactive approach
*Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Desirable (but not required):
*Any exposure to financial services or administration
*Understanding of FCA regulations
