Cloud Solutions Specialist - Hybrid - London (Hybrid) - c£50K
We’re working with a fast-growing MSP / IT consultancy that is expanding its cloud and infrastructure delivery team and is looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role delivering cloud, networking, and modern workplace projects for a diverse client base across the South East.
This role would suit a candidate that enjoys project delivery, working directly with customers, and operating in a consultancy-style environment where no two weeks look the same.
Your Role & Responsibilities
*Deliver a wide range of cloud, network, and infrastructure projects, from minor upgrades to major transformations
*Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers and support delivery quality
*Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, site surveys, and technical input
*Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into support teams
*Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are consistently met
*Participate in an optional out-of-hours support rota
Key Experience & Skills
*3+ years’ experience working in an MSP or IT consultancy environment
*Proven delivery of cloud projects, including:
*Microsoft 365 migrations
*Azure deployments
*SharePoint Online, Intune, and Teams
*Strong customer-facing and communication skills
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
