Maths Teacher
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Contract: Full-time
Key Stages: KS3-KS4
Start Date: February 2026
A Good-rated secondary school in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Maths Teacher to join their dedicated team from February 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher to inspire students and support strong academic progress across KS3 and KS4.
The Role: * Deliver well-structured, engaging Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Teach a broad range of topics across KS3 and KS4, maintaining high expectations for all learners
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence and achievement
* Differentiate effectively to meet a range of learning needs
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Prepare students for internal assessments and GCSE examinations
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement
* Support enrichment activities or targeted interventions where required
Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
* Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
* A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success
