Front of House Assistant – Glasgow
Salary - Competitive
Vacancy for an experienced and highly motivated Front of House Assistant to join a busy Support Services team based in Glasgow. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and delivering a high standard of internal service.
Key Responsibilities: *General despatch duties, including deliveries and collections
*Opening, sorting and distributing incoming and internal mail
*Collection of post at scheduled times throughout the day
*Messenger duties
*Copying and scanning documents
*Switchboard and reception duties
*Booking and coordination of meeting rooms
*General archiving duties (files, wills, powers of attorney and titles), including liaising with off-site storage providers
*Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by management
*Occasional travel to Edinburgh to provide holiday or sickness cover (agreed in advance)
About You: *Previous experience working in an office environment (legal or professional services experience preferred)
*Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
*Confident using PCs and office systems, including intranet, internet and external databases
*Reliable, flexible and service-driven with a positive approach to work
This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team in a professional environment that values collaboration and work-life balance. Largely office based with 1 day per week remote.
