SQL Developer - Remote - SQL Server - Performance Tuning - Azure - £40,000-£55,000

I am working with a company who are a rapidly growing UK-based managed service provider specialising in SQL Development and DBA services. They are a tight-knit team, scaling fast after bringing in a BD Manager who has already secured several new projects.

You’ll work with:
*Deep SQL Server performance tuning across queries, indexes, execution plans, and stored procedures
*PowerShell scripting for automation and optimisation
*Azure databases and cloud-based environments
*A mix of new and existing clients, advising them on best practices and performance improvement strategies
*A structured, phase-based remediation approach that ensures clear, measurable results
*A collaborative Dev team that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
