Job Description:
Sales Support Administrator
Location: Radlett (Office-based)
An established, fast-growing wholesale business is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join its busy Sales Admin team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, customer contact, and supporting a high-performing sales function within a friendly, close-knit environment.
The Role
You’ll be a key support to the sales team, acting as the first point of contact for customers while helping drive sales activity and maintain excellent service levels.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing sales orders and managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
*Supporting the sales team with customer communication and administration
*Updating and maintaining CRM/database information accurately
*Assisting with upselling and promoting the full product range
*Lead generation and business development support, including calls, follow-ups, and appointment setting
*Researching new business and new-build opportunities
About You
*Previous sales or sales support experience desirable (not essential)
*Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Numerate, analytical, and comfortable problem-solving
*Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Thrives in a fast-paced office environment
