Job Description:
Learning Mentor – Foundation Learning / SEND
College in Waltham Forest

Our client is seeking an experienced Learning Mentor to support students with SEND and additional needs, including behaviours that may challenge. You’ll deliver tailored, specialist support to help learners build confidence, independence, and positive outcomes.
What you’ll need:
*Experience in a Learning Mentor or similar support role
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
*GCSE Grade 4/D or above in English and Maths (Level 2 minimum)
*Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice (desirable)
*A flexible, patient, and proactive approach – with a good sense of humour
