Experienced Mortgage & / or Protection Adviser (Self-Employed)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Job Type: Self-Employed | Commission-Only
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of advising experience
Expected Earnings (OTE)
£40,000+ per year (uncapped, commission-based)
Earnings are performance-related and not guaranteed.

We are an FCA-authorised brokerage supporting clients across the UK with mortgages, protection, and specialist advice. We work extensively in niche and underserved markets, providing advisers with a strong proposition, real differentiation, and the freedom to grow their own business.
As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for experienced advisers who want to operate on a self-employed basis, with competitive commission splits, flexible working, and genuine support behind the scenes.
This role is open to:
*Experienced Mortgage Advisers
*Experienced Protection Advisers
*Advisers qualified in both mortgages and protection
You can focus on one discipline or both, depending on your experience and preference.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide compliant mortgage and/or protection advice in line with FCA standards
*Manage client relationships from enquiry to completion
*Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
*Maintain accurate records and meet regulatory requirements
*Build and develop your own client base (with optional support provided)
Requirements
*Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Adviser and/or Protection Adviser
*Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CeMAP, protection qualifications, or equivalent)
*CAS status or ability to achieve CAS
*Comfortable working on a self-employed, commission-only basis
*Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
*UK-based and authorised to work in the UK
