We’re delighted to be working with one of our well-established Principal firms based in Milton Keynes, renowned for its long-standing presence and excellent reputation within the market. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join their successful team.
This opportunity would suit a confident adviser who is already self-generating but would welcome a strong flow of high-quality leads to complement their own business. With multiple introducer relationships already in place, you’ll benefit from consistent opportunities while retaining full flexibility and independence.
The role is self-employed, fully remote and highly flexible. While day-to-day working is remote, the business owner values occasional face-to-face catch-ups to offer support and guidance, so being commutable to Milton Keynes and surrounding areas would be ideal.

The RoleAs a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will:
*Follow up provided and self-generated leads to convert enquiries into completed business
*Proactively source new opportunities from all available channels
*Recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions aligned with clients’ needs, priorities and circumstances
*Assess affordability responsibly and in line with regulatory requirements
*Consistently achieve individual targets and contribute to overall team performance
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage and protection market
*Build, manage and accurately forecast your pipeline
*Demonstrate continuous improvement in conversion performance
*Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
*CeMAP or equivalent Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ)
*Proven experience within the mortgage brokerage market
*A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
*A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong sales capability
*Excellent knowledge of mortgage products, protection solutions and the wider market
*Confidence in presenting and advising clients
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*A solid understanding of financial services compliance
*A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes
*Legal right to live and work in the UK (evidence required prior to offer)
