Salary £45,000 - £50,000 + benefits/Car allowance £7,000 pa

Day-to-day of the role:
*Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans, action plans, and strategies.
*Meet or exceed defined sales targets.
*Maintain open communication and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, including product and sales planning teams, to maximize revenue.
*Contribute directly to the product development process through active participation in product reviews by providing market and client insights.
*Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
*Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers of dealers and customers.
*Develop leads and build the pipeline.
*Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales.
*Partner with the account management team to service, maintain, and grow current clients.
*Manage sales payment collection.
*Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
*Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Solid sales experience with construction machinery, ideally excavators.
*Proven quota-carrying sales experience.
*Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
*Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*A great work ethic and ability to work independently.
